Wow that title sure was an attention grabber! As a first time visitor to this site, I have to tell you that I was quite refreshed by your post. I think that by claiming to "be God" or "be Jesus" we would be making a logical fallacy, though. Do we all have the ability do be a Jesus? Well, to be realistic I'd say that not many of us do... He was truly a rare person. In fact I think he was too good! If Jesus's message wasn't so powerful, the rulers and high priests after his time would not have used his martyrdom and teachings for their own political power through churches. That is why we've seen so many wars fought in his name... He was too enlightening for his time and he was too outspoken about it. The question I ask myself sometimes, is: Is the world a better place because of him? The human race has historically been oppressed by the church in scientific realms and many lives have been lost in the name of Christ. Regardless of that, we cannot change the past and the only thing I can do now is take advantage of the fact that many of his teachings are still around and available for me to experience. He was a pretty good guy, in my opinion! Anyways just my 2 cents... I think I'll join this community and introduce myself as well...
