I am excited about going to this rally, just to provide a visible voice in opposition to the pseudo-science they have invented.
They sould advertise that this is a Museum of Christian Myth.

Even though there are over 55+ creation stories (or more) from all over the world, you would think a creation museum would present all of these stories as possibilities, as evidence for creationism. But, no.

This "OmniMyth" museum presents only MAN MADE Hollywood Magic scenery to portray the Christian creation story in Genesis.

They have no artifacts or fossils for examination, just man made dioramas where children are happily playing alongside the dinosaurs. 5,000 years ago.

No amount of belief, makes something a fact. ~J. McCabe

AIG has a biased and very well funded theistic agenda: Create conflict in America's Elementary Classroms.

Science Education or
Creation Mis-information.

They WANT this battle of idea's to take place in a public elementary school near you! (Don't they have enough private schools for this?)

I would enjoy meeting some of the people from here in person. Come out and have fun for the day, listen to music, peacefully wave hi to the on-lookers, all while supporting a pro-science and reason stance for education.

We will also do a presentation in honor of our soldiers for Memorial Day. I think there will be some of them there too!

Come on out to the Bluegrass state, for Reason sake!

Revised comment to my above post:

I should have stated that creationist's are attempting to instigate conflict in America's public classrooms, K-12.

Creationist use what are called
"Wedge" tactics, where they focus on attacking the undetermined areas of science, which have yet to be discovered or fully explained. (Fossil gaps, even though there is a plethora of transitional fossils that have been discovered!) The creationist thinks this gives them the opportunity to say; if they don't know this, then we must dismiss ALL the evidence, which upholds all areas of evolutionary science and thier working theories.

One of the Pillars of Creationism is to teach that evolution is theory in crisis. Thus, giving them the opportunity to try to insert their unscientific answers with their creationsim / I.D. fringe idea's born out of mythology and dogma.

As soon as I saw this heading, all I could say is "wow". I have lived in Northern Kentucky all my life(25 Years), and this is the first time I have seen rational thinkers come together. Not only that, but to come together at a location that is right down the street from me, even within walking distance. Truly this must be a sign from Go-oh uh nevermind. I will definitely be there.
