Thats were god is. Just because Flip violated a law of the land does not mean he's violated any of god's laws, you can't put a man of god in jail, it's unconstitutional.

God is church, god dwells in a church, god only exists in a church, if you want to see god, then build a church and look for god.

It does not matter if the preacher is there, it's god you're looking for, but there is no one to leave your money to, just set the money down on the bench and by next Sunday it will be gone, god took it, OK?.
